The cabinet body of the communication low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by designated steel manufacturers to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body.


When designing low-voltage distribution cabinets, full consideration should be given to the heat dissipation issues during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot holes. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot holes, making the sealed cabinet form a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the golden ratio method is used to design the cabinet shape and the dividing scale of each part. Make the whole cabinet look beautiful and elegant, with a new appearance.

Polyester orange baked paint is selected as the topcoat for the communication low-voltage distribution cabinet. Strong adhesion, good texture, and a matte color scheme throughout the cabinet, avoiding glare effects and creating a comfortable visual environment for the on duty personnel. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transporting the cabinet. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and it can also be selected between IP20 and IP40 according to environmental requirements.

The communication low-voltage distribution cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. The outer edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with painted screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
