Product Introduction

PLC frequency conversion control cabinet is an intelligent electrical control equipment that integrates programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency converter. It achieves precise control of motors or other loads through the programming control of PLC and the speed regulation function of frequency converters, and is widely used in industrial automation, building automation, energy management and other fields. The core function of PLC frequency conversion control cabinet is to achieve energy-saving operation and precise control by adjusting the speed and torque of the motor.

Variable frequency speed regulation for air conditioning and ventilation systems. Constant pressure water supply control of water pump.

Pump station control of sewage treatment plant. Intelligent dimming of urban street lights.

PLC control

Adopting high-performance PLC as the core controller, it has strong logic control capability and programming flexibility. Supports multiple programming languages (such as ladder diagrams, functional block diagrams, etc.), and can customize control logic according to user needs.

Inverter integration

Integrated high-quality frequency converter, supporting multiple types of motors (such as three-phase asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, etc.). The frequency converter has high-precision frequency regulation capability and fast response characteristics.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)

Equipped with a touch screen or operation panel to achieve parameter settings, status display, and fault alarms. Users can intuitively monitor the operating status of equipment and adjust control parameters through HMI.

Modular design

The control cabinet adopts a modular design for easy expansion and maintenance. Support flexible configuration of multiple functional modules, such as communication modules, expansion modules, etc.
