Mobile energy storage charging station is a new type of device that combines energy storage technology and charging function. It provides flexible and convenient charging services for electric vehicles through a built-in energy storage battery system, while possessing the dual characteristics of mobility and energy storage.
Each Mobile ESS Station supports DC or 380 VAC inputs, a 0.5 C charge rate, and 1 C discharge rate at 80% depth‑of‑discharge, with forced‑air (TBMC‑40/60) or liquid cooling (TBMC‑140/160). Connectors include CCS1/CCS2/CHAdeMO/GBT and Tesla. A 7″ touchscreen HMI provides on‑site control; OCPP‑enabled 4G connectivity powers cloud‑based EMS for real‑time status, remote OTA updates, and fault alerts. Built to IP54 standards and operable from –10 °C to 60 °C at altitudes up to 2,000 m, the TBMC series excels as an off‑grid solution for farms, factories, highways, and emergency‑response sites.
The Mobile Energy Storage Charging Station is ideal for off‑grid farm irrigation, industrial peak shaving, emergency rescue charging, highway service areas, outdoor parking power, and microgrid backup.
Mobile energy storage charging stations can move freely without the need for fixed installation, providing charging services for electric vehicles anytime and anywhere, especially suitable for areas where fixed charging facilities are insufficient or charging stations cannot be installed.
The Mobile Energy Storage Charging Station integrates energy storage and charging in one unit: as a Portable Energy Storage Station and Portable Battery Charging Station, it stores power during off‑peak (valley) periods and delivers high‑rate EV charging during peak demand or grid outages—effectively achieving peak shaving and valley filling to ease grid stress.
Supports high-power output,The Portable Energy Storage Station TBMC series spans 40 kW–120 kW outputs with 40 kWh–160 kWh LiFePO₄ capacity. Each model delivers 6,000 cycles at 80% DoD. Choose TBMC‑40/60 for light‑duty fleets or TBMC‑140/160 for heavy‑duty industrial needs, ensuring precise sizing for every Mobile ESS Station application.
This Portable Battery Charging Station, also serving as a Portable ESS Station, integrates an intelligent management platform with self‑diagnostics, remote monitoring, and smart scheduling—enabling on‑demand charging requests via mobile app or cloud dashboard.
