What should be paid attention to during the construction of distribution boxes?
(1) The construction power distribution system should be equipped with a main distribution box, a distribution box, and a switch box, and should be set up in a hierarchical manner according to the "main sub open" order, forming a "three-level distribution" mode.
(2) The installation positions of each distribution box and switch box in the construction power distribution system should be reasonable. The main distribution box should be located as close as possible to the transformer or external power source to facilitate the introduction of power. The distribution box should be installed as much as possible in the central area where electrical equipment or loads are relatively concentrated, to ensure the balance of three-phase loads. The installation location of the switch box should be as close as possible to the electrical equipment it controls, depending on the site conditions and working conditions.
(3) Ensure the three-phase load balance of the temporary power distribution system. The power supply and lighting supply at the construction site should form two separate power circuits, and the power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set up separately.
(4) All electrical equipment on the construction site must have their own dedicated switch boxes.
(5) The box body and internal settings of distribution boxes at all levels must comply with safety regulations. Switchgear should be labeled with their purpose, and the box body should be uniformly numbered. The distribution box that is no longer in use should have its power cut off and its door locked. Fixed distribution boxes should be fenced and equipped with rain and smash prevention measures.
(6) The difference between distribution box and distribution cabinet. According to GB/T20641-2006 "General Requirements for Shell Bodies of Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", distribution boxes are generally used for household use, while distribution cabinets are mostly used in centralized power supply, such as industrial and building electricity. Distribution boxes and cabinets belong to complete sets of equipment, and distribution boxes belong to low-voltage complete sets of equipment. Distribution cabinets have high voltage and low voltage.
