What is a solar power combiner box? In the solar power generation system, the solar power generation combiner box is a wiring device that ensures the orderly connection and current collection of photovoltaic modules. It means that customers can also connect a certain number of solar cells with the same specifications and models in series to generate a series of solar power generation. Then, many solar power generation series are connected to the solar power generation combiner box. After the current is collected in the solar power generation combiner box, according to the control board, DC distribution box, photovoltaic inverter, communication and AC distribution box, they can work together to produce a complete photovoltaic system software and complete the grid connection with voltage.

1、 Shell.
The shell is generally made of thick steel plate electrostatic spraying, stainless steel plate, rubber products and other raw materials. The appearance design is unique, durable, easy to install, and the maintenance level is above IP54, moisture-proof and anti fouling, meeting the requirements for long-term outdoor application.
2、 DC isolation switch.
DC isolation switch is an input/output control device for all combiner boxes, which is crucial for the opening/closing of routes. Its working standard voltage reaches 1000VDC. Because the energy conversion of solar module power generation is a DC power source, it is easy to cause arcing when the power circuit is disconnected. Therefore, when selecting, consideration should be given to its temperature and altitude derating index, and it is necessary to choose a solar power generation specific DC isolation switch.
3、 DC fuse.
When the component generates reverse current, the solar power dedicated DC fuse can immediately disconnect the common fault string. The rated working standard voltage is DC1000V, and the rated voltage is generally 15A (for crystalline silicon components). The DC fuse used in photovoltaic modules is a unique fuse specially designed for optical control systems, installed on a special enclosed base to prevent the reverse flow of current in the middle of the module from burning the module. When the current flows in reverse, the DC fuse quickly removes common fault strings from the operating system, while not endangering all other normal operating strings. It can safely maintain the solar power generation string and electrical conductors from the threat of reverse load current.
4、 Anti blocking diode.
In the combiner box, the effect of diodes in the component junction box is different. The key to the diodes in the component junction box is to provide a continuous flow channel for the rechargeable battery when it is shielded, while the diodes in the current collector box are mainly used to avoid electric fields in the middle of the string.
5、 Data collection control module.
To facilitate the supervision of the working status of all power plants, data collection and control modules are generally installed in the primary combiner box. Using Hall element current sensors and single-chip microcontroller design technology, the AC data signal (analog input) of each solar power generation array is sampled, converted into data based on A/D conversion, and then converted into standardized RS-485 analog signal output, making it convenient for customers to instantly grasp the working status of all power plants.
6. DC high-voltage line surge maintenance module.
The DC high-voltage line surge maintenance module is a specialized lightning protection product for photovoltaic systems, with both super temperature and overcurrent bidirectional self-protection functions; Modular selection, capable of being powered on and replaced, with a degradation indicator dialog box; Capable of carrying a remote alarm system and utilizing data collection and control modules to achieve real-time monitoring.
7. Industrial touch screen.
The data collection module is equipped with an industrial touch screen, which can query the real-time working status of machine equipment based on the industrial touch screen, complete the real-time working status of facilities based on the computer keyboard, and set the local technical parameters of machine equipment based on the computer keyboard.
