Topband’s Containerized Energy Storage Charging Station (Lift‑Mounted Mobile Station) integrates a containerized battery energy storage system with on‑board charging capabilities. Models TBES‑550, ‑600, ‑1300 and ‑1500 deliver 550–1 500 kWh LiFePO₄ storage and 250–630 kVA output. Housed in an IP54 container, it features modular racks, perfluoroketone fire suppression, intelligent EMS via 4G/OCPP, and both AC/DC charging interfaces—ideal for grid support, emergency rescue, microgrid backup, and mobile charging scenarios.
The Containerized Energy Storage System excels in grid support & temporary power, emergency rescue & logistics, critical facility backup, distributed energy optimization, peak shaving & demand management, remote site charging, and on‑truck power supply.
All energy storage devices and management systems are integrated into a standardized container for easy transportation and rapid deployment.
A fully sealed IP54 container mounts onto flatbed vehicles via standard lift mechanisms. This lift‑mounted mobile station eliminates foundations, enabling rapid relocation for construction sites, event venues, and disaster relief.
Supports flexible expansion,As a true containerized battery storage solution, can adjust energy storage capacity according to project requirements.
Delivering 250–630 kVA continuous power (110% overload, 120% for 1 min), the TBES series supports heavy loads. The rugged steel shell, waterproof seals, dust filters, and shock mounts endure –15 °C to 50 °C, 5–95% RH, and altitudes up to 4 000 m.
Embedded EMS with 4G/OCPP connectivity provides real‑time dashboards, remote OTA updates, and smart scheduling. Monitor state‑of‑charge, temperature, alarms, and charge profiles from anywhere—perfect for portable ESS charging containers.
