DC combiner box is a key equipment in photovoltaic power generation systems, used to converge the DC output currents of multiple photovoltaic modules, simplify the connection with inverters, and improve the reliability and maintenance convenience of the system. It is usually installed between photovoltaic modules and inverters, with functions such as lightning protection, overcurrent protection, and monitoring.
Used in large-scale photovoltaic power plants to reduce the connection lines between components and inverters and improve system reliability.
Suitable for distributed photovoltaic projects such as residential roofs and commercial buildings, simplifying system structure and adapting to complex installation environments.
Used for DC input convergence in energy storage systems to ensure safe operation of the system.
Supports multiple inputs of photovoltaic modules (such as 8, 12, 16, 24), with each current up to 11A and a maximum of 15A, meeting the needs of photovoltaic systems of different scales.
Each input is equipped with a photovoltaic specific fuse to prevent current backflow in case of component failure. Equipped with DC high-voltage lightning arrester, both positive and negative poles have lightning protection function, and can withstand a maximum lightning current of 80kA. Anti reverse diodes prevent circulating current between strings.
The intelligent combiner box has a built-in monitoring unit that can collect real-time data on each current, bus voltage, box temperature, lightning arrester status, and circuit breaker status, and transmit it remotely through the RS485 interface.
The protection level reaches IP65, with waterproof, dustproof, rust proof, and salt spray resistant functions, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
