When making a cabinet, it is necessary to consider the functional standards of various household appliance companies and meet the requirements of the cabinet body.

The characteristics of cabinet construction and processing technology can generally be distinguished from the aspects of structural form, interface method, and sampling of prefabricated components.

Classify according to structural form.

The manufacturing process characteristics of drawer cabinet low voltage cabinet:

(1) A unified reference standard should be established for both fixed and movable parts;

(2) The relevant components must be adjusted to the * * position and specialized tools, including containers, should be used when making changes;

(3) Important specification deviations cannot be deviated from;

(4) Drawer cabinets of the same type and size should be trustworthy.

(1) Welding type: Its characteristics are easy fusion, firm and reliable; The defect is large deviation, very easy to deform, unable to adjust, not good-looking, and the workpiece generally cannot be pre plated.

Welders and fixtures should have:
① Good bending stiffness, not affected by workpiece deformation;

② If the size slightly exceeds the nominal specification of the workpiece, it can remove the folding after welding;

③ Vertical, simple, and very easy to operate, minimizing the need to rotate tissues and preventing jamming damage;

④ In order to avoid welding corrosion and facilitate maintenance and adjustment, it is necessary to select good workpiece support points and add anti welding corrosion pads to the support points.

(2) Standard component connection: Its characteristics are suitable for pre plating of workpieces, easy to transform and adjust, easy to clean and solve, parts can standardize design schemes, and can be produced in advance with small deviations in architectural dimensions. The disadvantages depend on the low welding compressive strength, high precision standards for parts, and relatively increased production costs. Scaffold fasteners are generally standard parts, and their types are mainly general screws, nuts and bolts, pop rivets, pop rivets, and pipe collar nuts adjusted after torque, torque fixing nuts and self tapping screws. There are also some special fixing screws (such as specialized tightening screws commonly used in foreign low-voltage cabinets).

(3) Welding and tightening hybrid connection: It can centralize the advantages of the above two forms. Generally, arc welding is used at the junction of the cabinet, and a variable or adjustable part is connected with standard parts. Large and medium-sized cabinets are often coated with paint due to the difficulty of post welding plating. For outdoor cabinets, if pre plated raw materials are used and welding is required, a portion of the welding can be done using hot-dip galvanized metal materials.
