Basic knowledge of complete equipment.

What is a complete set of equipment?

A complete set of equipment refers to an industrial complex that produces finished or semi-finished products.

It can be a section, a production line, a workshop, or a factory. It can be a single item of equipment for a certain profession, or a summary of equipment for several professions. Due to the differences in inspection procedures and specific practices between imported and exported complete sets of equipment, they will be introduced separately.

What is a complete set of electrical equipment?
A complete set of distribution equipment is a set of equipment supplied by a manufacturing plant, which is assembled into distribution equipment after being transported to the site. It divides the main electrical circuit into several units, each unit is a circuit, and the circuit breakers, knife switches, current transformers, voltage transformers, maintenance, operation, measurement and other equipment of each unit are assembled in a whole cabinet. The power equipment composed of multiple high-voltage switchgear installed in power plants, substations or distribution stations is called a complete set of distribution equipment.

What is electrical complete equipment?
Electrical equipment is primarily electrical equipment. Switches, contactors, circuit breakers, and transformers are of the same type. But it has its uniqueness. Because it is a complete set. That is to say, a series of devices are combined together through certain specifications (drawings, skill requirements, process requirements) to form an organic whole. This type of equipment is called a complete set of equipment. Generally, the switchgear and box type substations we make are considered as complete sets of electrical equipment. This is an industry term for electrical complete equipment, which refers to complete equipment composed of shell, bus, primary and secondary elements, auxiliary materials, etc. It operates in the power grid to receive and distribute electric energy, and also to control and maintain electric equipment.

Electrical complete equipment is primarily divided into:
0.4kV, 0.69KV, 1.2KV low-voltage switchgear;
3.6KV, 7.2KV, 12KV, 24KV medium voltage switchgear (current development trend), 40.5KV high voltage switchgear, power box (cabinet), lighting box, control box (cabinet, platform), maintenance screen, DC screen, etc.

There are three main categories of product models:
1. Low voltage category: PGL (not recommended for use), GGD (widely used for safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness), BFC (not recommended for use), GCL (K) (not recommended for use), GBD, GCS (Senyuan Planning), MNS (ABB Skills);

2. Medium and high voltage category: GG-1A (F) (not recommended for use), XGN2-12 (not recommended for use), KYN1-12 (not recommended for use) JYN2, 6-12 (not recommended for use), HXGN-12 (F), XGN15-12 (SF6), KYN18-12, KYN28-12 (currently mainstream products in the market), KYN □ -24 (becoming a development trend), JYN1-40.5 (not recommended for use), XGN □ (JGN □) -40.5 (not recommended for use), KYN61-40.5 (currently mainstream products in the market) KYN96-40.5;

3. Box type transformer: YBM □ -12 (24, 40.5)/0.4, ZGS9 (11) -12 (40.5)/0.4, 10KV medium voltage switchgear, 35KV high voltage switchgear.
