With the gradual development of the new energy vehicle industry, private procurement of new energy vehicles began to emerge in China in 2021, which also opened a new chapter for China's new energy vehicles. With the increasing market demand in the later stage, China has also become a market for new energy vehicles. Therefore, in the context of uneven development between electric vehicles and charging stations, the integration of photovoltaic charging systems is gradually expanding to be environmentally friendly, convenient, and safe, becoming an innovative attempt in the construction of electric vehicle charging stations. Integrated optical storage and charging power stations can utilize energy storage systems to store energy at night. During peak charging periods, energy storage stations and the power grid can jointly supply power to charging stations, which can not only reduce peak shaving and valley filling, but also save distribution and capacity expansion costs, while also solving the intermittent and unstable problems of new energy generation.


At the same time, the integration of photovoltaic energy storage and charging systems can not only solve the problem of distribution networks under limited land resources, but also flexibly interact with the public power grid according to needs, operate relatively independently, make use of new energy as much as possible, and alleviate the impact of charging piles on power grid consumption. In terms of energy consumption, directly using energy storage batteries to charge power batteries improves energy conversion efficiency.

1、 Composition of Optical Storage Charging System:
The core of the photovoltaic storage and charging system consists of three parts: photovoltaic power generation, energy storage batteries, and charging piles

Photovoltaic system: Under limited land resources, a comprehensive power station integrating light storage and charging can be built. Solar photovoltaic panels can be installed on rooftops and carports, and the generated green electricity can be used as a supplement to the charging power source for new energy vehicles, maximizing the use of clean energy and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.

Energy storage system: The energy storage system has a battery room and an equipment room. The battery system consists of battery modules and battery packs, and the battery capacity is configured according to the actual needs on site. The energy storage system is connected to the AC bus system to improve energy utilization efficiency, optimize energy configuration, achieve a basic balance between local energy and energy load, and flexibly interact with the public power grid according to operational needs. It operates relatively independently, alleviates the impact of charging piles on power grid consumption, and solves the problem of power grid expansion in urban rapid charging infrastructure construction.

Charging station: Charging stations interact with users through scanning codes for charging, including intelligent monitoring and intelligent metering. The intelligent controller of the charging station has the functions of measuring, controlling, and not protecting the charging station; The AC output configuration is equipped with an AC intelligent electricity meter for AC charging measurement, which has complete communication functions. The measurement information can be uploaded to the charging intelligent controller and network operation platform through RS485. In addition, the charging power is adjustable, with complete protection functions such as leakage protection, short circuit protection, input and output overvoltage and undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, grounding detection, and over temperature protection, with a protection level of IP54.
