The basic components of new energy charging piles: Electric vehicle charging piles are mainly composed of pile bodies, electrical modules, metering modules, etc. They usually have functions such as energy metering, billing, communication, and control.

China's strategic demand for the new energy vehicle industry is very clear, and the policy of supporting charging piles for new energy vehicles is also very firm. Since 2014, relevant incentive policies have been introduced one after another, including continuous subsidies for infrastructure by the central and local governments, policies for installing household charging piles and supporting communities by the Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, and large-scale investment in the construction of public charging piles by power grid companies and other operators.

The important roles in the charging pile industry chain include charging operators, equipment manufacturers, and integrated operation and maintenance platforms that connect equipment manufacturers and operators. These three roles play important roles and often overlap with each other.

The charging pile itself has low technical content, unified standards, good compatibility, stable quality, and reasonable structure. The differences are mainly reflected in the stability of production equipment, cost control, reputation, bidding ability, and other aspects.

In fact, there is no shortage of charging places in China, but there is no effective operating mode. Public charging facilities focus on construction rather than operation, and many charging piles are idle and unused. The development of operating modes has become a top priority for promoting charging piles.

The basic profit model of the new energy charging pile charging business includes service fees, price differences, value-added services, and upcoming subsidies. As an emerging industry, it also participates in the controlled power industry, and service fees and electricity prices cannot be arbitrarily determined. The space for value-added services and various business development is still being explored. Therefore, although a large number of charging piles are being rapidly constructed, the charging operation industry itself is full of uncertainty.

There are currently four modes for the construction and operation of new energy charging piles: government led, enterprise led, hybrid mode, mode, and user mode.

(1) Reliability of Communication - Communication systems must withstand harsh environments and strong electromagnetic or noise interference for a long time to maintain smooth communication.

(2) Construction cost - taking into account both construction cost and long-term maintenance cost while ensuring reliability.

(3) Two way communication - able to upload information and publish control volume.

(4) Multi service data transmission rate - With the continuous growth of terminal services in the future, the communication between main stations and substations, as well as between substations and terminals, requires higher data transmission rates to achieve multiple services.

The development of new energy vehicles also highlights the importance of Anhui's automobile charging stations. In the future, there will be more and more charging stations in Anhui, and the industry's development will become more standardized.
