The production of each product has certain requirements and standards. Here are the quality requirements for high-voltage distribution boxes:

1. The wire inlet and outlet in the high-voltage distribution box should be located below the box, not above the box. The inlet and outlet should be sheathed and bundled together, and waterproof bends should be made; The wire harness shall not come into direct contact with the inlet and outlet of the box; The power cord entering the distribution box cannot be connected using a plug; The inlet and outlet lines of the distribution box must use insulated cables.


2. The connecting wires in the distribution box should use insulated wires, and the joints should not be loose or have exposed live parts; The neutral wire in the distribution box should be connected through a terminal block and separated from the protective neutral wire terminal block; The steel plate box body, steel plate installation plate, and the non electrified metal base and shell of the components inside the distribution box must be protected with a neutral wire. The protective neutral wire should be connected through a terminal block.
4. The high-voltage distribution box body should be made of good cold-rolled steel plates, with a thickness greater than 1.5mm. The electrical appliances inside the distribution box should be first installed on metal or non wooden insulated electrical installation plates, and then fastened as a whole inside the distribution box body; The metal plate should be electrically connected to the distribution box body.
5. The power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set up separately. If they are placed together in the same distribution box, the power and lighting lines should be set up separately.
6. The power distribution system at the construction site shall implement graded distribution, and a main distribution box shall be installed. A distribution box shall be installed below the main distribution box, and a switch box shall be installed below the distribution box. The electrical equipment shall be located below the switch box.
7. The high-voltage distribution box in Fuzhou should be installed firmly and upright, with a vertical distance between the bottom and the ground of more than 1.3m and less than 1.5m; the vertical distance between the bottom and the ground of mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes should be more than 0.6m and less than 1.5m; all distribution boxes and switch boxes must be rainproof and dust-proof.
8. The main distribution box should be located in an area close to the power source; Distribution boxes should be installed in areas where electrical equipment or loads are relatively concentrated; The distance between the distribution box and the switch box shall not exceed 30m. The switch box should be distributed by the final distribution box, and the horizontal distance between the switch box and the fixed electrical equipment it controls should not exceed 3m.
